A well set up bagpipe is a pleasure to play. You can make the analogy of a race car and a driver. Even though the driver may be skilled if the car is not well tuned then it will be hard for the driver to be successful. The same can be applied to the bagpipes.
Your pipes will be oiled, re hemped and reeds set up to a level that will enable the player to enjoy and progress on the instrument.

The Bannatyne dri-flo moisture control system is an excellent system for managing moisture in the bagpipe.
It also acts as a filter for easy strike ins and cut offs. Once gels turn a dark color simply place in oven for approximately 45 minutes at 100C. The Bannatyne system allows for flexible moisture control and improves stability and steadiness of the bagpipe.
Suitable for solo or pipe band playing.
