RT Shepherd Tone Enhancers

The Shepherd Tone Enhancer is easy to install in the drone stocks.  It requires a zippered pipe bag.  They aid greatly in moisture control for the drones and improve strike ins and cut offs and can make the bagpipe easier to blow.
